Warwick Fox is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Central Lancashire's Centre for Professional Ethics. He is the author of Toward a Transpersonal Ecology (State University of New York Press, 1995, and Green Books, UK, 1995), the editor of Ethics and the Built Environment (Routledge, 2000), and has published many papers on ethics in general and environmental ethics in particular - which is the approach to ethics that is most expansive in its approach to fundamental questions regarding moral status. He is presently completing a book entitled The New Ethics and hopes after that to get on to a book that develops a general model of world-views as well as some papers on philosophy of mind.
