Pari is located in one of the richest areas of Italy. Siena, with museums, galleries and frescos by Duccio and the Sienese school, is a short drive away. Florence can be reached in just over an hour. Pisa, Rome, Volterra, Assisi, and Lucca are all accessible for a day visit. In addition to the larger Italian cities there are nearby gems such as Pienza - a "rational city" of the Renaissance.
