Extended Visits
The Center and the village of Pari provide an ideal environment for thinkers, artists, writers, researchers or those who simply wish to take time to pause and reflect. Each year we have visitors who stay from weeks to months carrying out their own work and participating in a traditional and active community. Long-term visitors, though free to pursue their own work and interests, are expected to support the Center and its activities in small ways - preparing rooms for meetings, photocopying, helping in the library, etc.
Those considering such a visit should fill out the Contact Form explaining something of their background and their motives for wishing to spend time in Pari. The Pari Center will offer practical assistance in finding a house or apartment in Pari. Rents are attractive and it is possible to live economically within the village. We do not, however, act as an agency for those who simply wish to use Pari as a base for their vacation.
