His focus is self-knowledge\, starting from the Mystery from which our conscious human experience arises. His approach takes the form of a constant invitation to self-inquiry: “Know yourself.” He is the author of several books (A Bridge to Reality\, Jump into the Void\, Will You Join Me?\, The IntroHeroes\, The Biology of the Present (with David del Rosario)\, Aurum\, and Humanitas (with Xavier Ginesta)\, all centered around this call to self-inquiry.
