Terms and Conditions

The event fee of €725 includes a 4-night stay in private accommodation and all meals. The event begins on Thursday, September 17 at 19:00 with an opening aperitivo and ends on Monday, September 21 after breakfast.
To secure a place, a non-refundable deposit of €200 is required at the time of registration. Deposits will be refunded in full only if the event is cancelled due to insufficient registration.
The remaining balance of €525 must be paid no later than August 20, 2026 (four weeks before the event starts).
The balance is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after September 2, 2026 (two weeks before the event).
